Annual General Meeting 2022
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Institute of Internal Auditors Bangladesh (IIAB) was held on Saturday 19 November 2022 at F. K. M. A. Baki Auditorium, Audit Bhawan 77/7, Kakrail Dhaka.
According to the Articles of Association of the Institute, 10 members of the Board of Governors have been elected at the AGM.
Mr. Ajit Kumar Paul, FCA President, Mr. M. Nurul Alam, FCS, CCEP-I, CGIA, and Mr. Nanda Dulal Saha, FCA have been elected as Vice President, Mr. Amitava Saha, CGIA Secretary General, and Mr. Adil Iftekhar, CIA, CISA elected as Treasurer of IIAB.
The other elected members of the BOG of IIAB are Mr. M. Iqbal Hossain, CIA, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CFE, CGIA, Mr. Ahmed Ashique Hussain, CIA, CISA, CFE, Mr. Tahsinur Rahim, CIA, CRMA, Mr. Md. Shahriar Rana, FCCA, CIA, CRMA, and Mr. M Tabarak Hossain, FCCA, CIA, CRMA.
