Board of Governors
The Board of Governors of IIA Bangladesh is the highest governing body responsible for guiding and overseeing the Institute’s activities. The Board provides strategic direction, promotes the internal audit profession, and supports the growth and development of IIA Bangladesh and its members across the country.
Members of the Board of Governors are nominated by the Nomination Committee of IIA Bangladesh and approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The current Board consists of 10 members.
