On 30 August 2025, The Institute of Internal Auditors Bangladesh hosted a thought-provoking seminar at Bengal Canary Park, Gulshan-1, Dhaka, bringing together internal auditors, risk leaders, and governance professionals.

The session focused on Cybersecurity Conformance and introduced the Cyber Conformance Compass — a practical framework to strengthen governance, assess risk effectively, and implement robust controls.

With engaging discussions and actionable insights, the program highlighted cybersecurity conformance as a mandatory topical requirement under the new Global Internal Audit Standards.
